Good news for us retro loving gamers on the go, as 8-bit (ZX Spectrum, actually) born Dizzy is about to return and remind the world just how brilliant a cartoon-y platformer with proper adventure game elements can be. The first Dizzy, you see, was created back in the mid-eighties and due to its phenomenal success went on and evolved via a multitude of sequels. Dizzy Prince of the Yolkfolk was the mature 1991 release for the Amiga, Atari ST, NES, PC and them 8-bits and, well, it was brilliant.
Happily, Dizzy Prince of the Yolkfolk will be released for the iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android platforms on the 9th of this very December.
